Bloggers guild is up and running

March 8, 2006 By Gitr 4 Comments

We had quite a few people on yesterday. I got Priestr up to level 14 and fully trained and equipped using a few stacks of linen I farmed in the mines and the quarry of Westfall.

Gitr has really been taking a back seat this weekend and so far this week for the cause of starting a new guild. I am an officer in the new guild and very much looking forward to growing it for bloggers everywhere. Officers need to be higher level than the others, in my opinion, so they can help everyone else.

Josh did a great job putting it all together and getting a forum up on his domain over the weekend. Some of my favorite blogs are represented already. It’ll be great fun. Tomas got on last night as a level 4 rogue. That should be interesting for him. I haven’t taken a rogue past level 24. I can only give him tips for so long ๐Ÿ™‚

Don’t worry. I’m full of it.

Full of tips, that is. Rogue tips. ๐Ÿ™‚ Plus, Tomas has some rogue experience, anyway. He won’t be totally lost.

I haven’t been able to create a character there yet because you can’t make new characters during “peak hours”, which happens to be every time I’m at home.

    bleh

But I’ll level quickly. Always do.

Josh made me an officer, so if I’m on, I can get you in tonight if he’s not on. Lorelai (sp? … like in gilmore girls) is his wife, so she can tell you if he’s on his main.

Hey Git(r) – sorry I ditched you last night – I got disco’d while killing troll welps and promptly got stuck in a 1000 man queue to try and get back in.

I waited for about 15 minutes then gave it up as a bad night to try and play.

I’ve been as far as level 48 as a rogue before so that in and of itself won’t be anything new. The new part is being a female, gnome rogue named Sparrow ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thought about making her a warrior instead – but figured I’ll stick with the rogue for now.

Will try to make it back on tonight to catch up where I left off and make a serious run for level 10

Priestr, thanks for the guild invite. I am looking forward to this craziness with you guys. I started a blog but have nothing on it yet as I am a bloging-noob. I will not be on WoW until Sunday.

    Cya then,
    Gnomicidal, lvl 8 Mage
