I took a month off, and I’ve decided that WoW still has the most interest and gameplay of any of the games I have. I even dabbled in Maple Story, Entropia, and other free MMORPGs. They are either uninteresting, difficult to figure out the controls and UI, or not really free.
I created a new pally one night and got him up to level 7, but started playing Gitr again on Saturday. I’ve got him back to place where he can earn enough money to have fun. All of my toons were dead broke when I stopped a month ago. Gitr had 44s to his name.
I took him to Burning Steppes and started killing the little packs of fire demons in the lava rivers and made my way to the orcs west of the Ruins to get their money and drops. Very soon I had enough money to get a few Heart of Fires and started up with the transmutations. Then I started back up with AH scanning for deals and reselling. It really doesn’t take much when you know what you’re doing.
This morning I logged in with Grimr and transmuted an Arcanite Bar that I sent him the crystal for last night. 4 more bars to go for my Lionheart Helm.
The next thing on my list was continuing my Heroism questline. I looked all over my log for what quest I was working on. Then I went to the king’s room in IF to see where she wanted me to go. She had nothing of importance to say. After looking at the entire process on Wowwiki, I remembered that I still have to do a 45 minute Baron run. SHOOT!
I’ll get right on that.
Yeah, screw that whole 45 minute run thing… Thats not fun. This weekend, a couple friends and I were just messing around in UD Strat, and we barely made it to the Magistrate at 45 min.
The best I’ve been in was a group that got to the Stitches dudes when time ran out. I am looking at asking the l33t guilds like Meridian or Caustic if there are 3 others they know of that can come along with us to pound it out really quick. Maybe I should save up some money and offer 10g per person for helping. LOL.
Hum, paying people to help you complete quest…I bet you would get a lot of takers.
