Catch Phrase of the Day: OOR- Out of Room

February 26, 2007 By Gitr 18 Comments

Oh, the decisions…what do I vendor trash? I have run out of room with Bloodr already. I am left with 3 options:

  1. Buy more bank slots
  2. Craft big bags with Deadr and send them over
  3. Vendor trash more than I want to

Being a hunter with the loss of a bag because of my quiver isn’t helping matters, and it’s got me a bit bummed when I’m questing and grinding and having to continually cook stuff and toss things that I could sell when I got back to an NPC.

Are you out of room on your toons?

Not too many times have i been out of bag space. It usually happens when I power quest, after about 15+ quest the bags seem to fill up with the fat lewtz. On my homw server any time I make a new char I fit them out with 4, 14 slot bags. When ever I get Belf Mindkiller up to 40+ i may just drop enchanting(DEin for cashflow.) and go with Tailoring just to make bags for profit. Belf mindkiller now has a whopping 4 10 slot bags…..woohoo.
Im used to 5, 16 slots on my main. You see the sacrifices i make to play with new and interesting people?

I say make the big bags and send them over. If I had more cash I would buy a few off ya. Too busy questin to just mine the hell out of the area. The cash will come…oh yeas the cash will come.

It’s no problem to send you 16-slot bags. I have my backpack and 3 14s or 16s (can’t remember) for Bloodr, but Deadr has 5 16s. I’m debating getting my gold up to ask a guildie for 4 18-slotters before I can craft them myself. He does it for free if I send him the mats.

I need to ither convince Snow to level her Main’s tailoring or do it myself. I acctually funded her rise to 300 in it. Also did some of the leg work. I may research the mats for the rise high enough so i can have her main make the “shivver” 18-20 slot bags…wooooooohooooooo. I would love some 16 slots. Or 14s for that matter. Might be awhile before i can replace mats or get you the money. But i remember debts and work to pay back however i can.

Oh i decided to start a character on Burning Legion A belf Mage by the name of Astranon I added bloodr as a friend so maybe i will see you guys on occcasionally. My main will still get most of my time since he is only 52.

Awesome! I’ll catch you around. I moved my hearth to Sepulcher in Tirisfal for now. I think I’ll run that until I take down Arugal and move over to Kalimdor for anti-Alliance safety.

I’m perpetually running out of space on all my chars. First the bags fill up, then the bank fills up and then I’m forced to take time out of questing to hit up the AH, lvl up trade skills etc to clear some of it out so I can rinse and repeat the process.
Last night on Jikksta I ran across the problem 3 times in the Ghostlands having to run on back to Tranq while in mid quest to sell off some space.
I’ll likely make an alt here shortly, for bank/AH mule duty and verrrry slowly consider lvl’ing him up. A BEist maybe. It’s the only way I’ve managed to control my bag issues on my other chars, and allows me to do the AH/bag clearing when I feel like and not when I have to.
On a side note, Bloodr if you’re able to craft some nice big(ger) bags I’ll happily supply some mats, just lemme know what they are and I’ll keep an eye out on em an maybe we can get some guildie bag lovin goin on, that would help lots!

Jikksta, I believe it is the Mooncloth bags that are 16-slots. They are runecloth and 1 mooncloth per bag. I can make 1 mooncloth per 2 days, I think (48 hour cooldown to my memory). If you don’t want to wait, shoot me over some mooncloth and we’ll be all set.
I can make all the 14-slot Runecloth bags with just Runecloth and get us all taken care of tonight.

Maybe Deadr can find it in his undead heart to go to EP or Silithus for some Runecloth. I’ll check for the highest drop rates if no one has the money to send me mats.

Send stuff to Deadr if you want pretty much any cloth items. My Netherweave crafting items are selling, so that should cover mats.

For runecloth my farming spot of choice is …..(damn memory blanks at work ftl :() it’s NE of the Alliance FP in WPL, the little village area with skellys and zombies before you cross the river to reach the town. It’s also a heavily farmed area on all servers I’ve been on, but with a hunter it’s not hard to track and tag em :p
Thanks Deadr, I’ll start shopping around and shoot ya some mats tonight if that’s ok.
