Now that a lot of people are level 70 already, and they are in the grind for rep and for consumables for Kara, I thought it would be a good time to remind people that WoW is for fun. There are several things that I find very exciting about WoW, and when I’m bored I long for those things. I’m back in the “fun saddle” again and doing all of those things again.
- [tag]Leveling[/tag] – Nothing is as fun to me as hitting another level and seeing that big yellow column blast up around me and replenish my HP and Mana.
- [tag]Questing[/tag] – I enjoy seeing the ? above a head. I can’t explain it. It’s just cool. Plus it’s fun to get new stuff from it that you can’t get otherwise.
- Killing tough [tag]Elites[/tag] – I like marking my skill as I progress in my months and years of playing to see what level I can take down Elites. [tag]Hogger[/tag] anyone? I look up on my blog archives what level I took them down with my old toons and see if I one-upped myself.
- Leveling a [new] [tag]profession[/tag] – I love getting to 300 in a profession (and 375 in FA) and making the best stuff. New professions are fun ways to keep things fresh, especially if you have gold to burn.
- Like #1, [tag]Powerleveling[/tag] – I’ve been there, done that with the classes I know I can play. Now I want to see how fast I can do them. I try to do it without groups, and especially a high-level helper. Huntr has only been in one group: to kill [tag]Kel’Gash[/tag] in Ghostlands.
