I’ve Got the Patch. Time to Wait Now.

October 14, 2008 By Gitr 2 Comments

My Mac has been downloading the update for about 2 weeks, now. One was 1.17GB and the other was 390MB. The patch notes from the PTR look like they transferred over, but I didn’t do a line by line comparison.

To my amazement, the patch installed and brought up the login screen with the new animation. I recorded it using Jing. It’s 180MB, but worth the wait until the end… you’ll see why!

I also use a Mac, 17″ MacBook Pro to be exact. Well.. that is one of them. Yep, my Mac has had the patch downloading for the past few weeks. Logging into my WOW account this morning I noticed the new animation. I love it!

@Gaming Diva: Thanks for stopping by. I’ve been so busy leveling a new mage to level 41, I’ve neglected the blog. It will only get better to play him with spell interrupt more or less gone.
