Ding 11; Huntr Is Hunting Away

I finished his level 10 quest this morning and dinged 11 (/played 4h 5m, putting him 18m ahead of Frostr) just in time to log off and go to work. I was unable due to a complete lack to funds to have gear good enough to do some of the quests that I wanted to at the proper level, but now that I have a pet, I’ll tear right through them.

I also confirmed that my instructions on my Level 10 Blood Elf Hunter Quest Walkthrough are correct, and I took more screenshots to prove it. If it’s not working this way, one of two things is happening: you are not level 10 or you are not a hunter. If those two things are not the case, then contact a GM and tell them Gitr sent you. 🙂

I’m posting these shots and stuff in the walkthrough when I’m done here.

Ding 25; Entered Thousand Needles Early

Frostr hit 25 this morning and found that there was no Sweet Nectar in Freewind Post to buy. I was spending half of my fighting time drinking twice every mana re-fill because my conjured water was less than half of my mana pool.

I don’t really have much to say about Frostr today because I spent all weekend on Deadr. Post coming right up.

Ding 24; Charred Vale Sucks

Talk about aggro zone! I can’t bend over to loot without aggroing another one of those stupid harpies roaming on patrol. It took me waaay too long to hit 24 because my spells were too weak for the area, so I teleported to Org to train and only got in improved fireball. 🙁 At least I got a talent point to put in Frost, increasing Frost damage another 2%.

Ding 22; Loving Teleport

After picking up my Staff of the Sun in Deatholme with the help of Jikksta and the willingness to take a zep by Kelthias, I finished out the questline by going to UC after I turned in Kel’gash’s Head. Of course, being in the mage quarters in SM simply meant using the orb to teleport to UC, walk over to the portal trainer, and learn the UC teleport spell.

After speaking to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner, I needed to go speak to Warchief Thrall in Org. Hmm…how should I best go about that? I opted for the instant teleport rather than waiting for a stupid blimp and all of that running involved. Then he wanted me to go back to SM! LOL. I teleported again, with much glee and delight.

I’m up in Ashenvale for now, but not for long, I think. I’ll get some pretty good questing done in The Barrens, I’m sure. What did you do last night?

Ding 21; Exalted with Tranquillien

It was a fine time doing stuff all by my lonesome doing questing and following Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide pretty closely. There are a couple of times that I’ve done a quest that I didn’t need to, or gone to a trainer when he didn’t say, but then again, I can teleport. When you aren’t playing straight through, too, you can use hearth more often to fly to a city and then hearth back when he says in the guide.

Kelthias asked me in guild chat last night how I like the guide. I LOVE it! I have all of the maps I need, all the paths to take, all the areas to find kill quest mobs, videos for help, and it’s all in an organized manner to eliminate backtracking.
