1d 9h 53m /played time. I was 44% into Level 29 within 5 minutes because of quest turn-ins.
WoW
Ding 28; Back in Thousand Needles
I hit level 28 in 1d 7h 30m. Time to go clean and fix dinner.
Edit: I took down Arikara again. I love that milestone. ๐
Ding 27; Working on Saturday
I dinged this morning in pretty good time (/played 1d 5h 4m: Joana’s Horde Guide). Maybe I was too tired last night. I went and trained for level 4 Bite and Claw with a couple of beasts in [tag]Ashenvale[/tag]. Now I’m going to go after the Burning Legion when I get home from work.
Now that I’m at the office with my [tag]Egg McMuffin[/tag] and small Coke with no ice, I have a moment to post the pics I sent myself.
I have spent some more time tweaking the UI. I had plenty of time last night when I was grinding my way to hit 26. I am all caught up with the guide now on level/quest equality. It was getting frustrating to try to do things that Huntr was too low for because I was able to complete the quests sooner than my leveling was supposed to account for. Whoah, getting off track there.
Back to the UI. I changed the [tag]UnitFrames[/tag] for me, Catr, and the targets, but I’m still embarrassed to say I don’t know how to get rid of those debuffs above my head when I’m fighting. It is apparently not the Aura setting. Here is the UI with both bags hidden and bags out, to illustrate that I’ve got it playable both ways without it feeling cluttered to me. I’m never clicking to move my view or target something and dragging something along with me. That’s a must.
Ding 26; It’s Midnight
Level 26 in 1d 2h 18m. It was a tad slow, but wait until you see how slow 27 is going to be. I got the guild going and died 4 times trying a quest in Ashenvale. I’m wiped and have work early in the morning.
‘Night to you all. Now that we’re official again, come on over to Velen. The water’s fine.

Altism Must Be Related to ADD
I don’t have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), and I never have. I’ve never been on medication for my attentiveness, yet I find myself participating in something that looks like the biggest case of ADD in history. I have approximately 20 toons over level 15, scattered on various realms and play-types. I am really beginning to appreciate Kinless’ definition of Altism on his blog:
Altism, defined.
Main Entry: altยทism
Pronunciation: \alt,i-zem\
Function: noun
Date: 2007: a variable gaming condition that appears by character number five and is characterized by impairment of the ability to reach higher levels, an impairment in joining end-game content, failure to maintain normal levels of reputation and faction gain, and by an inability to be forced into stereotyped playing patterns. < “Dude, l2lvl.” “Can’t. I’ve got altism.”>
