I remember making these as a kid, and my wife has never made one before, so I got dragged out in the freezing cold to intentionally plop myself down in the snow and subject myself to the elements. I earned brownie points like never before today. ๐

That’s about all there is to this post. ๐ There was only a chest (Deathstalker’s Vest) available for purchase with Revered, so I’m going for Exalted now. It will be my first Exalted status for any toon yet.

I am sad to say that neither Gitr or Deadr have any complete sets of dungeon armor, but I was wondering if that is all that uncommon among casual players. I had the 3 BoE pieces of Devout for Deadr, but those were quickly replaced by Outland gear. Gitr has 6 pieces of Valor and even got 3 upgrades by doing the quests, but I can’t see the point in going for the helm or breastplate now. It’s not like I never ran UBRS or Scholo, they just never dropped.
I know the hardcore gamers like Aeigelus have several complete sets, but how about you? Here was Gitr’s last update on his set:

I was just in the basement scanning the books and videos on the shelves at Grandma’s house. Then the unexpected happened: I doubled over in laughter. Others were wondering why. I couldn’t speak…I could only show. I took it off the shelf and displayed what had hindered my speech:

We woke up this morning to -10 degrees F. Nuts, man, pure nuts! We were going to go out to eat every day at the wife’s favorite old stomping grounds, but no one is going out today. I guess it’s a good day to keep sleeping. I slept in 5 hours and feel much better after two 12-13 hour driving days.
There once was a day when “finally” hitting 1,000 visitors was a big deal. Looking back on it now, I find this post funny to myself, although I can see my true delight at this milestone back in December 2005. My co-workers and I put together some predictions about traffic for my blog this year, and it is already wildly wrong. I went pretty optimistic with a smooth linear growth line for the year. Much to all our amazement, on the 13th, I passed the traffic stats for the entire month of January and my average daily visits is quadruple what it was on the first of the year.
Thank you all for reading and being a part of this. I know I’m not in the same league as WoWInsider, but the number of visits I wake up to at 4:00 in the morning makes me /grin at this old post:
